Good afternoon students and staff, here are the announcements for Wednesday, March 4.

Jake Burris, competing in the Southern Michigan Interscholastic Swim and Dive Championships last night, broke the State of Michigan 11 dive record.  On his way to the win he scored 513.40 points.  This broke the previous record set by Nick Burciaga in 2011 from Grand Rapids West Catholic 512.30 points.

Attention Seniors:   If you have been involved in volunteer or community service through school or another organization the Chelsea Area Women’s Service Club Community Service Scholarship is a scholarship opportunity for you.  Applications are available in the counseling office.

Attention Senior girls:  WTS fosters the development of women and girls in the transportation field encouraging students to undertake careers in the area of transportation.  One way it does this is by awarding the Transportation YOU High School Scholarship to girls pursuing high school studies in science, technology, engineering, and math.  WTS Michigan is proud to announce they will be offering four $500 scholarships to high school women planning to pursue a degree in a transportation related field.  Applications are available in the Counseling Office and are due March 13.

Katie Fox and Lon Stewart were long-time members of the Chelsea Soccer Community. To honor their lives, and dedication to soccer, the Chelsea Soccer Club offers college scholarships to former CSC players who have demonstrated similar dedication, commitment, and sportsmanship. Applicants must be college-bound graduating seniors at Chelsea High School.  Applications are available in the Counseling Office.

The Freshman class is selling iPad styluses for only $1!   Stop by room 212 before or after school to purchase yours today.

Attention anyone interested in buying a new softball logo! The team will be selling the new logos today, Thursday, and Friday for $10.00 each.

A reminder to all football players:  The Lift-A-Thon is Thursday at 6:30pm in the weight room.  Please make sure you wear gold shorts and bring fundraised money with you to the event.  If you have questions please see Coach Taylor or Coach Bush.

There is a Golf Team player &parent Meeting on tonight at 7:00 pm in the Health Room.

Extravaganza sign up has been extended until Thursday! If you would like to attend, sign up at lunch today and bring your money by Thursday.
