Good afternoon students and staff, here are the announcements for Wednesday, April 1.

Congrats to the men's track team who beat Ypsilanti yesterday 94-43.  The highlight was Bailey Edwards, who set an all-time stadium record with his 21.76, 200 meter time.  Noah Van Reesema and Mike Smith each won two events, and first time event winners included Jeremy Northrop,  Jacob Grubbs, Josh Cole, Chris Roush, and Brian O'Toole.  Great job guys.

Seniors : Applications for the Chelsea Lions Club Service Award are now available in the Counseling Office.  This yearly award is available to two recipients for service to the community, be it your school, your town, your place of worship, a Lions club, or any combination.   Applications are due no later than April 27th.  Also,  please be aware that there are several scholarships posted on the Counseling Office web page that have applications due right after you return from Spring Break.  Do not miss out on these opportunities because you've missed a deadline.
Attention seniors: please send in throwback photos for the yearbook. The pictures should be of you and other graduating seniors between kindergarten and eighth grade. Talk to Claire Tucker or Shivani Rana for more information.  The absolute deadline for submission is this Thursday.

There is a GSA meeting in the counseling office after school today.  All are welcome to attend.  We meet from 3:00-4:00 in the counseling office.  If there are any questions, please contact Mrs. Morris.

There will be an important Bleu Print meeting this Thursday after school in the Journalism room. Hope to see you all there.

It's Election Season at Chelsea High School. If you are interested in running for Student Council, now is your chance! These positions look great on college applications as well as resumes.  Please see the Student Council page on the CHS website for more information or talk to Ms. Geo in the Art Room. Registration is open now!
