Good afternoon students and staff, here are the announcements for Tuesday, May 12.

Come support the Chelsea Lacrosse team as they face Dexter for the SEC title at home, starting at 7pm.  Admission tonight is free!

Seniors looking for summer employment, recruiters for Manpower Temporary Services will visit CHS on Monday, May 18th during all three lunches.  They will have information and links to all of their social media sites.  They are very active on social media and regularly post a job of the day and hot jobs as well as other career tips/resources.  These sessions will be beneficial for students who would like to access real-time job openings at premier companies in Washtenaw and Monroe Counties.  Applicants must be 18 years or older.

The Chelsea Rod and Gun Club Scholarship application for seniors is due tomorrow.

Seniors that have been active in the area of the Arts, Theater, Music and Drama this is a reminder that the application deadline for the Chelsea Area Players Scholarship is this Friday, May 15th.  Applications are available in the Counseling Office.

Attention Juniors:  The purpose of the NROTC Program is to educate and train qualified young men and women for service as commissioned officers in the Navy's unrestricted line, the Navy Nurse Corps and the Marine Corps.  If you would like more information about this program a representative from the Navy ROTC will be in the counseling office on Tuesday, May 19th during all three lunches. Sign up in the Counseling Office.

Juniors and Seniors - If you did not receive your prom invitation, please stop by Mrs. Bareis's room and pick it up!  Also, the following students have raffle prizes from prom to pick up:  Jake Gaken, Josie Elordi, Tom Vincent, Abby Patricy, Brendan Baia, Kara Steinaway and Ben Ingall.  See Mrs. Bareis to pick them up!

St. Mary Youth Community is sponsoring a trip to Cedar Point on Tuesday, June 30 and all CHS students are welcome to join us.  Cost of $70.00 includes charter motor coach & park entrance fee.  A $30.00 deposit is due by May 30th.  For more info, see MaryLou at lunch.
