Congratulations to the members of the CHS Marching on their performance last night at the District Marching Band Festival at John Glenn High School in Westland. The Band earned the highest rating possible getting first division ratings from all judges.
Attention all student council members: We have a full council meeting this Wednesday during 4th hour at 12:40p. Please be there on time and remind your teachers.
There will be a Career Exploration field trip to Baker College on Tuesday, October 27. This is an off campus visit for a portion of that day. Experts in 33 career areas will be presenting detailed, up to date information and answering any questions you may have. Career areas include, but are not limited to radiation therapy, mechanical engineering, agricultural technology, human service, social worker, veterinary tech, surgical tech/nurse, medical assistant, business management, manufacturing tech, CAD design, CNC operation, massage therapy and human resource management. You will be allowed to select 2 career areas to explore on that day. Stop by the counseling office for a full list of career areas. Seats are limited, so sign up soon in the counseling office.
There will be a meeting for World Language Club on Wednesday, October 14th, at 7:40am in Mr. Forsberg's room. We will plan a fall movie night.
