CHS ANNOUNCEMENTS
11/02/15

Good afternoon students and staff, here are the announcements for Monday, November 2.

Thank you all for your support for Interact's fundraiser to eradicate polio last week.  Due in large part to some friendly competition between Mr. Pedlow and Mr. Orlandi, our fundraiser was a huge success raising a total of $1,716.34.  Mr. Peldow and Mr. Orlandi's fourth hour classes are co-champions and will be treated to Halloween candy parties this week.  Mr. Pedlow's class had the highest overall total with $527.30 to Mr. Orlandi's $343.17, but Mr. Orlandi's class had the highest per-person donation level at $19/per student to Mr. Pedlow's $17/per student.  Thank you everyone for your generosity.

Congrats to the men's XC team, who qualified for the state championship meet Saturday, by taking runner-up honors at regionals.  Liam Heaney led the charge with his all-region performance.  Fans can come watch us run at the Michigan International Speedway, this Saturday at 2:30.  Good work men.

Congratulations to the varsity volleyball team for winning the Chelsea Invitational on Saturday.  The team beat Dexter in the finals to take home the championship.  The team begins District play tonight taking on Gabriel Richard at 5:30 in Dundee.  Go Bulldogs.  Beat the Irish!
