Good afternoon students and staff, here are the announcements for Monday, January 9.

Congrats to the Chelsea wrestlers who had 1 team finishing  3rd at the South Lyon team tournament, defeating South Lyon, Walled Lake Western, and Fowlerville.  Jacob Jacobusse went 5-0, Corbyn Munson 4-1 and defeated a DeWitt opponent currently ranked 10th in D2, Nicholas Matusko 4-1 and Mitchell Reynolds 3-1.  The 2nd team headed to Stockbridge and went 2-3. Daniel Golding went 4-1 on the day and finishing undefeated were James Mida, Eric Whitaker, and Josiah Fitch. Wrestlers head to Monroe this Wednesday and on Saturday we host the Kargel Classic wrestling tournament.   

Girls Soccer will have a pre-season meeting on Thursday morning at 7:25 in Room 110. 

This Wednesday’s Career Talk we will welcome Jason Eyster, a lawyer, currently practicing in New York City.  In addition to his law practice, Mr. Eyster has taught law in three law schools and has taught in China, Japan, Iran and Peru.  His non-legal career includes music composer and university administrator.  This should prove to be an informative meeting.  As always, pizza will be served in the choir room.

SRSLY's January coalition meeting is tonight, 6:30-8:00 pm in the Atrium Rooms at St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea. We'll start planning our gagaball tournament, discuss how the New Year's Eve party went, and play some games. Join us for pizza and fun tonight at SRSLY's coalition meeting.
