Good afternoon students and staff, here are the announcements for Wednesday, January 18.
Congrats to the wrestlers who won the 3rd Annual Kargel Classic, defeating Linden, Allen Park, Onsted, Northville, and avenging an earlier loss to Jackson Northwest. Going undefeated on the day were Jacob Jacobusse, Corbyn Munson, Nicholas Matusko, Josh Dosey, Gus Reynolds, and Reed Aldrich. Cheer on the 29-8 wrestlers at home today at 5:30p.
Attention all CHS students! Soon it will be Valentine's Day, so that means it’s Matchmaker time! Please complete a Match-o-matic questionnaire so that you can be included in the fun. You will find the Match-o-matic survey link in a block on the CHS Connections page in your Haiku. The survey deadline is Wednesday, January 25th, so don't delay! The sophomore class appreciates your participation as we continue working towards our fundraising goals.
Attention Writers: Creative Writing Club will meet in Ms. Sinacola's room at 7:30 a.m. on Tues. January 24th. We are working on plans for open mic night.
Starting today, we are opening our So Deli. Just like Subway, students and staff will be able to have fresh made to order sandwiches on a variety of breads & wraps with all the veggie toppings and assorted dressing.
The Theatre Guild Spring play meeting has been rescheduled. The Guild will now be meeting on Friday, January 20 from 3pm-3:30pm in the auditorium to discuss Spring Play selection options and other plans for the new year. Theatre Guild members and students interested in finding out more about the Spring Play are encouraged to attend.
