Congrats to the men's track team, who edged Lincoln last night 95-42, and remain undefeated in the SEC this season.
The Bulldogs won 12 of 13 individual events, sparked by Hunter White and Cole Septer's victories in the hurdle races. It was a great effort across the board. Way to go guys.
The girl’s track beat Lincoln 78-59. Outstanding performances were made by Sydney Matusik running the 4x800 relay, 1600m, and 800m, which all resulted in 1st places. Also, Riley Davis won the high jump and Jenna Gileczek won the pole vault. In throws, Jordan Holton and Lily Francisco placed 1st and 2nd in shot and discus. Our next meet is the Whitmore Lake Relays on Friday.
The Chelsea Lacrosse Association is offering FREE ADMISSION to all BMS and CHS students for the lacrosse games on Friday. They play Ann Arbor Huron High with the JV game at 5:30 pm followed by the Varsity game.
Attention all current senior football players: There will be an important meeting regarding the Gene LaFave scholarship right after school in the gym on Thursday. The meeting will be less than 5 minutes. Any questions see Coach Bush.
Applications for the Chelsea Lions Club Service Award are now available in the Counseling Office. This yearly award is available to two recipients for service to the community, be it your school, your town, your place of worship, a Lions club, or any combination. Applications are available online or in the counseling office and are due no later than 4:00 p.m. May 9th.
O'Quinn Family Edward Jones Scholarship is an opportunity for students who plan to enter an accredited four-year college or university, desire to study business, and who have developed a cursory understanding of the importance of ethical behavior in business. Applications are available in the Counseling Office.

After a long break, Creative Writing Club is back! We will be meeting in Mrs. Putnam's room, Room 236, from 3:00-4:00p Thursday. Bring your latest writing project. We'll also be making plans to attend the Midwest Literary Walk. All writers are welcome to join us.
