CHS ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good afternoon students and
staff, here are the announcements for Thursday, May 18.
The JV girls track performed
very well last night at the Jackson JV Meet. They medaled in 10 out 17 events. Senior Gwen Lansky placed 2nd in shot and 3rd
in discus. In the 400, Seniors Taylor
Freyre and Elizabeth Higgins placed 2nd & 3rd, respectively. Reese Doss placed 2nd in the long jump. The 4x400 relay of Fannin, Doss, Burgess,
& Schneider placed 1st.
The 4x100 relay of Doss, Schneider,
Burgess, & Freyre placed 2nd. Mallory
Bee placed 1st in 3200m, Kyle Bragg finished 3rd in the 800m, & the 4x200
relay finished 3rd. Great job ladies!!!
Attention National Honor
Society Senior. The senior breakfast
will be next Tuesday, May 23rd at 7:15 here at the high school in room
502. Please stop in and have some good
food to start your day.
The You Matter Peer Mentoring
meeting scheduled for today is cancelled.
Please check your school email and Groupme for messages from Mrs. Morris
and Ms. Kent each day this week/weekend.
A reminder to seniors that
have been active in the area of the Arts, Theater, Music and Drama, the Chelsea
Area Players Scholarship applications are due no later than Wednesday, May
24th. Applications are still available
in the Counseling Office.
Seniors, the Masonic Lodge of
Chelsea Scholarship application is due by Tuesday, May 23rd. This award is exclusive to Chelsea seniors
and the application is available in the Counseling Office.
The United States Marine
Corps will have a representative here this Tuesday, May 23rd during all three
lunches. If you are interested in
learning more about this branch of the military the sign up is in the
Counseling Office.
IMPORTANT: Seniors if you
have not done so already please submit your post-graduation plans, academic
scholarships/awards and your class night/graduation program information today! Links were emailed to you during your class
meeting. It was due Monday so please
don't make Mrs. Weber chase you for your submissions.
Co.C presents it's spring
production One Voice: Shelter this Friday and Saturday night! This year's show
celebrates the joy of Co.C by centering on themes surrounding Compassion,
Empathy, Community, Acceptance, Family, Respect and Shelter. Don't miss your
chance to see this year's show. Advance-sale tickets are on sale at Chelsea
Pharmacy and available at the door.
Please note that recent shows have completely sold out!
Hey Art Peeps! If your artwork was in the art show, come get
it out of the art room. Like NOW. Or it
will be sucked into the abyss.
If any girls are looking for
a club hockey team for next year, there is information in the athletic office.

Attention all Key Club
members! The last Key Club meeting of
the school year will be this Friday May 19 at 7:30 in room 116.
